I want to get that CPU cooler since I can't put my i5 4670k to full use with intel's stock cooler, but will it fit inside of the NZXT Tempest 210 ATX mid tower?

The heatsink is 159mm tall and the case supports coolers up to 160mm. A bit of a tight squeeze!

Is it okay for it to be that tight of a squeeze? This is my first PC build, so I don't want to do anything that would possibly harm it. Do you recommend any other coolers (non liquid)?

You could always try to fit it in and if it doesn't fit then return it.
Or you could try a cooler like this.
