Hopefully I can get some help with this because it is bugging me to the 10th degree! Anyway I have a new version of Windows 7 Pro and I have been trying to install some third party software and every time I try to run it it freezes on the opening screen. Now I have tried installing it on other computers and I didn't have a problem so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
The operating system is Windows 7 Pro. Now the software is a little older but as I said I haven't had any other trouble before now. Could it be a network issue or could it just be a bad install of Windows.
