My PSU is MS Industral KY-400ATX P4 ( 400 w ) i know it sucks but im tight on budget , later im gonna get a new PSU
CPU:AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7 Ghz
RAM One Stick of 2 GB
GPU:Nvidia GeForce 210
HDD: 1 x Caviar Blue 500 GB
One Optical Drive
2 fans + 1 CPU if i have too im not gonna use those case fans but they take only 4 w so 2 of them it's 8 w
MOBO: ASUS M2N68-AM SE2
Thats it :)

Solution
sadly it's not a good psu. but saying that it should be ok for what you have there. the hd7750 does not use much more power than your nvidia gt210. so you should be ok. if you are unsure then invest in a nice psu too :)
what connectors on it ? 1 6 pin pcie? Also what price range

also you only have 1 stick of memory which means your running in single channel which will hurt performance, plus i would reccommend atleast 4gb total. try to find anpother 2gb stick to match.

I would send you mine but they are only 2x1gb sticks

It won't explode. It doesn't even need a 6pin so it means that the watts needed for the card to run will NOT exceed to 75w.

Edit: Don't mind me, I'm not sure what I'm saying but I think if a card needs a 6pin, the require power exceed above 100w.
