Can't find the CPU frequency in BIOS.

I can't find my CPU frequency in my BIOS so i can overclock i looked in Advanced but couldn't find "CPU frequency" is there a way to overclock using a program? the reason i want to over clock cause i can't multitask at all.... and i am wondering if i need to update my bios or something....


Specs:
MOBO: ELITEGROUP 945GCT-M3
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz
PSU: (Can't remember exact Model) 300Watt
Memory: 2GB of DDR2
GPU: GeForce GT 630 (2764 MB)

Oh and what i ment by finding my frequency so i can change it and overclock my CPU

Your PC looks like an emachines. You can't overclock because the manufacturers lock their BIOS to prevent anything from being damaged.
