Unstable Overclock or OS problem?

I recently upgraded my CPU to a Core i7 860. I decided to overclock it a little bit from 2.7 GHz to 3.15 GHz. Every now and then, when I boot my computer, Windows 7 seems to behave strangely in that some things don't load properly such as Aeroglass being completely disabled or WiFi not working correctly. There was also one time where I got a blue screen during boot. Is this a sign that my overclock is unstable or that the OS has a problem?

Solution

It might be due to an unstable OC....try to run a stress test like intel burn test for about 2 hrs or so.
If your system crashes then its due to the unstable OC else there is some other problem...
