I will NOT overclock my cpu and I just want the best performance for the buck. I can't buy from micro center because the one closest to me doesn't sell i5's. The place i'll be buying from is best buy

and the list is here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1&_dynSessConf=&id=pcat17071&type=page&sc=Global&cp=1&nrp=15&sp=&qp=&list=n&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960&fs=saas&saas=saas&st=i5+core

and my build is: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1jryX

If there is enough info and influence, i will either keep the 3570k or change it to something else.

I would say get an fx 6300 instead of the i5 and spend the money saved from the cpu and the mobo on getting a gtx 760 and a decent ssd

If you're not overclocking then there's no point in buying a 3570K or Z77 motherboard. I would get these instead:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Core%26%238482%3B+i5-4430+3.0GHz+Processor/1421015.p?id=1219051766285&skuId=1421015&st=4430&cp=1&lp=1
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Desktop+Motherboard+-+Intel+H87+Express+Chipset+-+Socket+H3+LGA-1150/1307604298.p?id=mp1307604298&skuId=1307604298&st=h87&cp=1&lp=3

That saves you around $60. I advise spending this on the GPU instead. If you can, order online instead of going in-store, as there isn't much choice on bestbuy.

So would you rather get 4430, 4570, or 4670. And what GPU would you recommend.
(i can't buy i5's at the nearest microcenter because they dont sell them there anymore, but i'm go to buy most of my parts from there
