Which CPU should I use for a gaming PC?

I will NOT overclock my cpu and I just want the best performance for the buck. I can't buy from micro center because the one closest to me doesn't sell i5's. The place i'll be buying from is best buy

I would say get an fx 6300 instead of the i5 and spend the money saved from the cpu and the mobo on getting a gtx 760 and a decent ssd

If you're not overclocking then there's no point in buying a 3570K or Z77 motherboard. I would get these instead:

So would you rather get 4430, 4570, or 4670. And what GPU would you recommend.
(i can't buy i5's at the nearest microcenter because they dont sell them there anymore, but i'm go to buy most of my parts from there
