High cpu temps + prime95

Hi,
Im getting around 45c/113f on my new build. I havent been doing anything much on it, just installing drivers.

-m5a99fx pro r2.0
-amd fx8350 @ stock 4.0ghz
-hyper 212 evo cpu cooler
-coolermaster thermal paste

I set the cpu fan to run on turbo. Still, what could be wrong? Can i run prime95 to improve it, and can someone please tell me how to use Prime95

That seems a little high for idle. You can download Prime95 here:

Run prime95, select blend test, and run it. Leave it alone for a day (that's right, let run for 24 hours) and make sure you are recording the temperatures. I prefer using HWMonitor to monitor my temps, because it saves the highest temperature, as well as the average. You can download it here:
