Hi guys i plan on building a new computer and needed some help :)

Firstly i'm purchasing this motherboard bundle

http://www.digitalpromo.co.uk/bundle-amd-high-performance-bundle-asus-m5a97-evo-r20-motherboard-amd-fx8350-8core-4ghz-black-edition-patriot-8gb-ddr3-heatsink-memory-p-6940.html

Now i intend to buy a new pc case it wont be fancy or anything just as long as it has a great cooling solution and is in the cheap mark

I will be using the Zotac GTX 460 (768mb ) from my previous build so i wont need a new graphics adapter

Now Here is my problem i have a Power cool 1050w
80-dual-12v-v22-high-efficiency and i need two rails to connect my GTX 460

But this beast PSU munches at my electric bill so i may need a lower watt alternative possibly 500 watt is that substantial enough to run with a SSD and DVD re writer and motherboard in mind or can this psu tone down its power usage as i wont be using anywhere near enough power as say my previous build as that has a fair bit connected to it XD

Any suggestions guys :)

Cheers

Joe
