Really hard to tell, could come from a poorly optimized game in a particular scenario. Could be a bug in the drivers too. Maybe with next driver update from nvidia it will get fixed. Or maybe a patch in the game is required I don't know. There are also many different types of AA, some of them take a bigger hit on performance than others, but using 16X AA is always a risk to see FPS drop too much at some point in a game. As I suggested try to reduce AA or turn it off completely, see if you can tell the difference between the two, but as I said I never found that AA has a big impact on graphics quality anyways so I don't see it as mandatory when gaming.

Nah, Seasonic builds very solid PSUs they're highly efficient especially yours since it's gold certified. And 650-Watt is plenty enough for a GTX-770, this card draws no more than 230-Watt of power when fully under load. So despite being a powerful card, the 770 doesn't draw that much power.

Anyways, I'd be greatly surprised that your FPS drops come from the PSU, I'd look elsewhere. Is that happening in only one game in particular, or every game? What resolution and settings are you using when playing? High resolution and 16x AA can bring even a 770 to its knees in poorly optimized games.

Lol! There you go, just drop AA a little bit and your FPS will be ok. Honnestly, I never been a big fan of AA, I don't think it improves the visual experience by much, and the penalty on performance is too high. Sometimes I would totally turn it off in certain games, and could hardly tell the difference between before and after, except for the game running smoother lol. This is why I never use more than 4X AA I'm always afraid that it will create problems and drop FPS too much. However, I like to use full resolution and ultra settings for textures, I think these two are more important when you want to enjoy nice graphics. But AA, frankly it's optional.
