I'm planning on building a PC with an AMD FX-6300, a Radeon HD 2GB 7850, and 4GBs of RAM and was wondering if this build would run WoW on ultra with 60+ fps

Solution
ya it will , don't worry . but it's way better to take the FX-8320 8 cores processor instead of the FX-6300 6 cores processor . it's much better for future upcoming games since it's 8 cores and it's newer technology than the fx-6300 the FX-8320 is rated as the best value Processor in the world at the moment . http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+FX-8320+Eight-Core it's great CPU ( 8 cores @ 3.5 GHz Turbo Speed: 4.0 ) for 160 $ only
No. It's hard to say what your FPS would be on a lesser system, but here is the Test Setup for the 7850 performance chart at the bottom, just barely getting into the 60 FPS range:

Intel Core i7-3770K @ 4.6 GHz
(Ivy Bridge, 8192 KB Cache)

Motherboard:
ASUS Maximus V Gene Intel Z77

Memory:
2x 4096 MB Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 @ 1600 MHz 9-9-9-24
