With the Zalman Cooler, You can prolly hit 4.2Ghz tho it also depends if you got a good haswell oc'er chip. So if you got a good overclocker chip and plan to get H110 from corsair, you can hit 4.5 or 4.6 no problem :)

You should be able to reach 4.4ghz on that cooler.

Do you know what case you are running and what the air temperature around you is usually?

The CNPS11X will be very good. 4.4ghz should be very easy to hit, then again every chip is different so you will have to experiment!
