I have a RAW hard drive that I pulled from my old laptop which had a processor error. I want to recover some very important files and put them on my new PC. I bought an enclosure and I hear about a software called Recuva. Will that bring back my pictures and videos? If not can you tell me any other ways of getting the files back without formatting? Thanks!

If your processor failed, your HDD should be fine...but apparently more went wrong than just that.

Here is a step by step tutorial from EaseUs for recovering RAW disks, I think the trial version is limited to 2gb file sizes or something.

Here's a step by step from the freeware program iCare also:

Just remember that any writing or formatting of the drive will mean that you will probably cant recover anything

No, I told you the laptop crashed! And I tried to connect it with the enclosure but if you could read you would know it is In a RAW file type and I need to convert that!
