How to check temps of FX 8350

So I just finished setting up my system and I am wondering how to check the temps of my CPU as in the bios the cpu temp seems to increase every minute or so, even though I am using a dark rock pro 2.
The temps of my FX 8350 in the bios is showing as 37°C and increasing.
I need to know because I would liek to determine if I installed the cooler wrong (as this is my first build).

Ok, downloaded and installed CPUID HW monitor and this is what it comes up with;

Just check the temp uder cpu section and thats what the cpu tems are

Under the temprature the third is cpu (vertically)
Then the temps in front
The frst shows the current temp of the cpu (in the pic above its 35)
Second shws the min temp (In the pic above its 35)
Third is the max temp (In the pic above its 36)

Is that an OK idle temperature for the FX 8350 with the Dark Rock Pro 2; as on reviews of it they have idle temps as low as 9°C? (The room temperature is around ~25°C - 26°C)
