I am currently looking to build a computer that will last me a year or two without having to upgrade anything. Currently I do a lot of streaming and play a lot of games such as Starcraft, World of Warcraft and Counter Strike:GO. I would like to be able to play them all at 1920x1080 on ultra graphics with higher fps all while streaming. I know it seems like a lot haha.

I put together a sample build to give you an idea of what I am looking for. If you could offer advice on pieces that I should swap out or maybe even save a few bucks that would be great. I run two monitors currently also.

If I may ask, what makes that processor better than the one I picked, Not arguing, I believe you I am just curious, also is XFX power supplies trustworthy? Lastly I haven't ever heard of that CPU cooler before, what makes that one better?

The 4670K is based on the new Haswell architecture, and it is somewhat faster than the Ivy Bridge CPU you linked to. XFX power supplies are trustworthy, they're made by Seasonic which is among the best OEMs in the industry.

Great! Also just out of curiousity, Judging by the resolution and the games I mentioned that I play what FPS do you think I would pull on Ultra settings roughly, also do you think it could handle streaming and things like that?

Yeah a 4670K and a GTX 770 will handle ultra / high without breaking a sweat. And contrary to popular belief, it doesn't take a massive CPU to handle online streaming, my iPad can run high definition videos off streaming sites like HBO Go and Netflix.

The Haswell CPU is faster then the Ivy Bridge CPu. It also leaves you the option to upgrade down the line. Yes, XFX makes great PSUs.
