I have a really really old gaming pc from back in the day. I still use it, and I don't really have 500-600 for a new computer. I am wondering if theres a graphics card I can buy to upgrade my current computer so I can play league of legends at 100 fps on low settings?

CPU: Intel pentium E2140 1.6GHZ Cure2Duo
Ram: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
GPU: VGA POWERCOLOR AX3850 512MD3 RT (basically an ati hd radeon 3800 series)
PSU: PSU ANTEC|NEO POWER 500 500W RT
HDD: HD 500G|WD WD5001AALS
OS: Wdinows 7
MOBO: MB ASUS P5QL/EPU P43 775

So is there anyway I can upgrade my video card on my really old motherboard? Any video cards I can buy? thank you.

Was wondering if this would work : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129189

U could go well w/ these updates:

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1kGRa
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1kGRa/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1kGRa/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 2.83Ghz Dual-Core Processor ($70.17 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card ($94.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $165.15
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

And HD 5450 is even weaker than a nowadays IGP, even weaker than your HD 3850
