You need to deal with your power supply. 65 watts isn't going to power anything. (Its an external PSU so you are going to have to get creative).

Agree with Maxine506, build your own rig, cannibalize the HDD, optical drive, RAM,

If you want to run a discrete graphics option then the Athlon 760K is the option as it is a cheaper part and you will not be dependant upon the iGPU. If you want to run a media platform but also have apps that manipulate parallel offloads to GPU the the A8 5600K/6600K is the better option but is more expensive. You can run discrete options with either though just that the Athlon requires this while the APU doesn't.

At first I just wanted to upgrade my processor but then I found out it's soldered to the mobo so I'd have to change a lot of things!

1.much better processor it is a gpu dissabled version of a10
2.a more than 50% increase in graphics
3.better ram
4.oem has mostly a55 board i hv added a a85x board the best
5.this rig can be installed with any upgrade in future
6.an oem rig with the same config wud be greater or near to 550-600£

1) the 750K is a GPU SIMD disabled version of the APU's, it is not any better or worse other than cost price due to the disabled SIMD. It is also lower clocked than the A10 6800K so it will be actually slower than a 6800K or most richland updates.

The next disadvantage it has on performance is where a application supports offload to GPU parallelism, ie: Adobe Premier Pro, the 6800K will probably render around 300% faster due to the onboard SIMDS mass parellism.

The benefit of a 750K is that its cheaper and runs cooler than the A Series without the GPU component.

2) 50% increase is due to discrete graphics, but a 6800K with 7770 will probably be slightly faster than the 750K with 7770 due to clockspeed benefits.

3) No its not upgradeable beyond Richland, we already know that AMD's Kaveri or Generation 3 APU's will operate of FM2+ socket and no compatibility is made for older chips on that socket due to the 2 added pins.

4) I am not disputing your reasoning for that setup, just fixing up some inconsistencies.
