Well A few weeks back my CPU temp ranged between 35-45C but now it has started to range between 50-60C and when I start up a game or anything load intensive the temperature rises quickly to 90C where it starts to throttle the CPU. I was wondering if it was a problem with the CPU's cooler (Intel RTS2011LC Liquid Cooling Solution) or if I need to reapply the TIM or any other problem.

Just check that
1. There is no hinderence in airflow fr fans
2. Check that the cpu block is firmly connected
I wud advice u to get artic silver 5 or mx4 and apply a coat to the base of the block and firmly reconnect the watervlock

How old is the system? It's possible the water loop has run low or dry, thus causing the high temps.

Can you still hear the pump on the radiator running? If not then that is the issue. Also, is there anyway you can remove the radiator and open up the fill port (provided its openable). Check to make sure there is liquid still in it.
