Download the AMD driver for the GPU, uninstall the one you have in there now, run CCleaner, Reinstall the AMD driver. There might be pieces left over from the nVidia driver that could be causing issues.

If that does not help, remove one of the RAM modules and test it. Then change to the other and test again. If no issues are found, try 1 module, but in the other slot. This should expose if you have a bad RAM module. You can also run memtest.

You can check your RAM by running MemTest86 on Windows. Find instructions here: http://www.memtest86.com/technical.htm

You can check your hard drive by opening Command Prompt as an administrator and running the command "chkdsk" (without the quotes).

It's possible that a faulty PSU is the cause of your problem. To test this, try another (working) power supply and see if the issue persists.

It might also be a BIOS issue, in this case follow the motherboard manual's instructions on flashing a new BIOS. However, I recommend you clear CMOS and see if the issue is still there before flashing the BIOS.

A faulty CPU might also be the case, but this is highly unlikely. The last thing you should try is remounting the heatsink onto the CPU. First, take off the heatsink and fan. Then, clean all thermal paste from the surface of the CPU and heatsink using a cleaning compound like ArcticClean (NOT a credit card. NEVER scrape thermal paste off a CPU). If the problem still persists, and you're absolutely sure nothing else is the problem, replace your CPU.

alright ill get on it it shouldnt be the psu or gpu i just installed them ive been automaticly restarting before i had this psu and gpu i thought it was the graphics because when i start a game with nvidia card the tempature would shoot up to like 70-87C and keep going up but of course i have bad luck and that isnt the only problem :(

What speed is your RAM? APUs use system memory as graphics memory, so the faster your RAM, the greater graphics performance you get.

not sure im gonna guess slow since i got it free of a friend windows index gives my memory operations per secend got a score of 7.2 if that means anything lowest score was 5.9 because my hard drive is slow i guess also what do you know about amd chipset drives? live update program from msi says i need that so i downloaded it and theres a crap load of files that i have no idea what one i install----------------------

SBDrv,SB7xx,SB8xx,SB9xx,SMBus,SMBus_svr,hseries,Filter. These are all folders in the drivers folder and they all have these inside of them AHCI,AHCI_svr,USB30,UsbFilter,UsbFilter_srv. Then it is LH,LH64A,W7 W764A,and inside those are installers why cant it be simple?? x.x only thing i can gues is the W7 is windows 7 but i could be wrong

Download the latest driver from MSI website.
There might be bug fixes or improvement for the motherboard that will fix any issue that arise.

It doesn't matter. I just looked at your specs and realized you're using an FX chip. It's not an APU, sorry I got confused.
Anyway, if your GPU was made by MSI, then go ahead and install the drivers MSI wants you to. For graphics drivers it's best to get the ones from AMD, but MSI might need some extra drivers.
Also, just ignore all those drivers. AHCI is a SATA mode used by your mobo's SATA mode controller. svr I'm guessing is server. USB30 is probably a USB 3 driver, and Usbfilter and Usbfilter_svr might be USB "firewalls" of some sort, or maybe bandwidth filters. Don't know about the others besides W7 and W764A, which are probably drivers hard-coded into Win7.
On another note, Windows Experience Index is a useless benchmark. Just avoid it.
