Will this psu work with my build?

I'm looking for a new power supply because the one i bought was a piece of crap. ;D
Here is my build
Processor: AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 4.0GHz Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6100WMGUSBX
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7850 Graphics Card
Eyefinity, DirectX11 Support
1X HDMI, 2X DVi, 2X Display port Available
15% Overclock Available if desired
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1.5TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0GB/s3.5
32Mb Cache
Operating System: Windows 7
RAM: Skill Ripjaws X Series 12gb 240-Pin DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 128000) Desktop Memory
CAS 9 Latency
Equipped with Advanced Aluminum Heat-Dispersing Shield
motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2P AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Case: Raidmax tornado.
Will this psu work with my build and will it give me enough room to upgrade parts without having to buy another in the future?

Oh my god i'm a idiot ;D Sorry! The power supply is a SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply. Haha, you're actually the one who suggested it for me! But i just wanted to be sure it would work properly with everything before i bought it! :D

SeaSonic S12II 620 is an great Quality PSU , it's enough that it's Seasonic .
