No Idea on my mother board, not sure how to check

I would like to run everything on ultra, high possibly boxing(running same game twice)

Edit I might be a little over zealous Maybe running one game on ultra 1920 x 1080 and just streaming video on the other monitor

Your CPU is probably the bottleneck of your system. What do you mean "improve performance"? There is thousands of ways to improve performance - some cost money, some don't. If you want to upgrade your hardware, first upgrade your CPU, then upgrade your GPU next. The 570 won't be obsolete for a good while, although there is many faster options (HD 7950/7970, or NVIDIA 580/590, 670, 680 690). You may also consider looking at the HD 7870, it has a slight boost over the 570.

Software-wise, you can speed up your system by updating your drivers, clearing HDD space, changing Windows indexing options, deleting memory/CPU hungry programs, and maybe by running a registry cleaner (however there is no proved speed-boost from cleaning the registry.)

Also, tons of people enjoy overclocking to get more speed from their hardware. I'm don't overclock, but OC your CPU, GPU, and RAM should give you a substantial speed-boost. It isn't very hard, there is many easy tutorials online.

Lastly, cleaning out dust/debris from your case could help keep your temperatures down. Heat is the #1 enemy of PC hardware.
