I dual booted Ubuntu with Windows quite a few days ago.. I wanted to try remove Ubuntu and reinstall it because I am a student and still in my learning phase.. Something went awry as i tried to install fedora on my laptop.. To uninstall Ubuntu somone suggested i delete the partition recover it then boot the new OS.. I used a software with which i deleted the partition and it gave me an option to recover it which i did.. But as i restarted the GRUB could not load(It was changed by ubuntu on installation) and the windows isnt loading either.. I got too much of important data to format the disks.. What can i do in this ssituation..
Note: I had prepared a live usb for fedora.. its booting from the USB but only letting me use the trial.. When i click on install it shows me only one disk of 305GB instead of the two partitions..
Break it to me, am i screwed? Or is there a way out?
Thank You in advance..
