So I have a ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3. My issue is that all the proper components are hooked up but my PSU fan, CPU fan, and my Graphic Card fan is not coming on. I hear no beeps when I start the computer. I get a green light which indicates that that the motherboard is getting power but that is it. I also get one single quick red flash at my CPU led light. Further looking into the matter I realized my RAM is not on the qualified vendors list. I have taken out my motherboard to make sure it was not shortening out but still nothing. I have also tried using another power supply( 500w instead of my 530w). So my question is; is my motherboard DOA or is the RAM causing my motherboard, PSU, and the fans not to work?

Pull all but 1 stick in slot 1 and try, if no joy, try a different stick....still no joy then prob not the DRAM, have a troubleshooting guide that might help here:
