Going to need a better motherboard, cpu cooler, and the GTX 760 is faster than the 7950.

Whats wrong with the 8320? It's essentially a downclocked 8350, I use an 8350 and its phenomenal.

The GTX 760 trades blows with the 7950 Boost which is faster than the vanilla 7950 in your build.

I'd stay away from that case and lose the tin can speakers. The original build is somewhat on the right track but you do not need all the junk. Thermal compound is a waste of money and I'll point that out every single time.

I would do something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($265.66 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($71.98 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Acer V246HLbd 60Hz 24.0" Monitor ($157.58 @ Newegg)
Total: $1177.15
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

And then you can add whatever keyboard and mouse you want. I lost the tin can speakers - the ones built into the monitor are better than those.
