Asus' P8Z77-I Deluxe for a Dell 700xps

The Dell 700xps used a BTX form factor for the motherboard, my question is could I use the Asus' P8Z77-I Deluxe to replace the motherboard in the XPS.

(I know that I would have to change the memory and modify the power supply but the real is is the motherboard.)

and why would you do that when a 50$ case is much MUCH more better than DELL case ?

and the answer is NO , the slots will be to the other direction of the I/O
