Good board and good CPU choice, Cygor, but much simple overclock with asrock board, with non-K OC feature for extra 400MHz. But you may also require cooler like Xigamatek Gaia or CM TX3 to cool down your chip.
ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 or 4 is most recommended.
Buy either graphic card that cheaper in your country among your choices stated above.
Don't buy a z77 motherboard with a locked processor, buy an h77 motherboard.
You also don't have to buy nearly such an expensive one. - the 5h and sabertooth are overkill even for an i5-3570k.

Go with the 760 like hopelessnoob suggested - it's far better for less money.

Since the price between PSUs doesn't seem to be much, go with the HX; it's much better made.

Consider buying a small SSD to put windows on; it does make a very noticeable, nice difference.
