Pcie 2.0 and next-gen

i am buying a budget amd build
but amd has pcie 2.0 and not pcie 3.0
this build is for next gen

pcie 2.0 bandwith and next gen .... will it bottle neck my brain and my games

only if you think about it too much.

pcie 2 is more than enough for all current graphics cards and probably the next new couple releases too.

It also depends on the cpu controller as well whether it has support for pcie3, forget the motherboard (if it states pcie3 support) as it is only a basis for attaching the card with appropriate connectors and plugs, the rest is done by the cpu.
