Weird clicking noise from inside the case

So recently a weird clicking noise has started from within my case.
I couldn't figure out where it is coming from so I opened up the case cover and it gradually stopped. I quickly discovered that the noise gradually stops whenever I uncover the case and restarts whenever I cover it again.

I looked inside for anything that might obstructing the fans in any way, but couldn't find anything.
Also, the case isn't vibrating noticeably and the case cover is secured tightly with the screws. Since the noise gradually stops whenever the cover is removed (and not stops suddenly all together), it's probably not the cover alone that causes this.

Here is a video of the problem:

If it sounds like its coming from the power supply Id suggest turning your computer off now and replacing it asap. Who knows what kind of power a junk psu could be putting into your pc.

Nope, no wires being pushed in. I just opened up the cover the noise persists without dying down.

I can't pin point where it is coming from exactly, but it seems like it is coming from the power supply. Not sure though.

Also, the frequency of the noise does not suggest fan obstruction. I'd figure the frequency would be higher and more irregular. This noise seems very regular and kinda low in frequency.
