Solution
Two things that you could change are the cpu cooler and the ram. The i5-4670k gets hot when overclocking and you mobo and cpu are made for ocing the cpu. So a high end air cooler like a Noctua NH-D14 or the H100i would be the closed loop cooler. 16gbs is overkill for gaming but you seem to have money and if I was spending 3k I would probably get 16gbs to but the 1866mhz won’t make much difference over 1600mhz unless you are using an APU.

1. replace the CPU Cooler with a liquid coole, Haswell runs hotter
2. Get 2 770s instead of 1 780
3. replace the case with the plain Phantom
4. that PSU is massive overkill, get the 850W version of it, enough for 2 GPUs
5. i would not advise on spending that mcuh on a 120Hz Monitor, just get a 60Hz one
6. are u really paying ~$150 for case fans?

Solution
this should be a easy fix
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1kQcx

-upgraded the cooler. looks terrible, performs great
-no need for extra thermal paste. the stock stuff is just as good as mx4
-you dont need 16gb of ram for gaming
-get a better SSD
-there is no reason to get WD when they are slower and much higher in price
-the evga acz performs better
-1200w is overkill to infinity even for SLI
-you never need to spend that much on a case. you are just buying a giant rip off
-monitor is cheaper elsewhere. i dont see why you wouldnt buy it from ncix
-not a cheapo razer keyboard
-a better mouse
-if you are going to get headphoens, why are you getting the speakers?
-all you need is a philips screwdriver. not a bag of tools
i do not see the point of getting a 250 dollar pair of astro a40s when they dont sound better than a general gaming headset nor are they worth the money in the first place. id strongly suggest the g230 from Logitech
-the mouse pad isnt required unless you are on a glass table
-if you are going to get a xbox controller, there isnt much reason left to get a good keyboard
-headphone stand. really?
-you dont need 2.5 converters
-extra fans are definitely not needed. more fans just means more dust. if you want to light up your rig, pick up some of these strips
