I am building a new System within a month or two.
I want my budget to be as low as possible.
Here my PC Usages :
1. Surfing Web
2. Watching You Tube
3. Playing online Flash Games
4. PC Gaming one Medium Setting, @ 1024 by 768
5. Want CPU Processing Capabilities
6. Want a Future Proof System (Will be using the system for 4+ Years
Budget : Should be below Rs.20,000
Components required : Processor, Motherboard, RAM.

I have no idea of the India Markets, just list the parts for reference.

If too expensive, A8-3870K could be changed into A6-3650/3670K/3850 quad-core (But A6-3600 has only 3 cores and too low frequency). The CPU cooler isn't necessary if u don't plan to OC. 300W+ PSU should be enough for ya. But better use dual channel RAM (at least 2*2GB or 2*4GB if available) to ensure the graphic performance.

That's the cheapest quad-core CPU I could find in US. If not available in India, u could change into older Athlon quad-core X4 620/630/645 CPU + a socket AM3 mobo w/ intergrate graphics HD 3000/3200/4200 (The IGP is important 'cause if not included, u'll have to pay for another gfx and increase the cost!)
