I have no idea of the India Markets, just list the parts for reference.

If too expensive, A8-3870K could be changed into A6-3650/3670K/3850 quad-core (But A6-3600 has only 3 cores and too low frequency). The CPU cooler isn't necessary if u don't plan to OC. 300W+ PSU should be enough for ya. But better use dual channel RAM (at least 2*2GB or 2*4GB if available) to ensure the graphic performance.

That's the cheapest quad-core CPU I could find in US. If not available in India, u could change into older Athlon quad-core X4 620/630/645 CPU + a socket AM3 mobo w/ intergrate graphics HD 3000/3200/4200 (The IGP is important 'cause if not included, u'll have to pay for another gfx and increase the cost!)

Can you suggest a powerful Intel System ? I do like the AMD but I would change the Processor to A10 6800k.

Out of 20,000, Subtract 1700 for RAM and approx 4000 for a motherboard from retail store.

unfortunately RAM doesn't cost 1700 any more, the minimum u need to pay for 8GB is 5K
