Why go for a costly i5 processor???? I have 2 builds for you. (If in delhi then go to Costtocost to get the lowest prices..(flipkart used to be cheap but saw a difference of Rs. 1100 on amd A10 5800K Rs7700 vs Rs.8889) ...IT Depot sucks.

i5 based

CPU - i5 - 12,160
MotherBoard Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H 4,685
RAM (2 nos.) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4 GB Desktop RAM 4,998
GPU Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX650Ti Boost 2 GB DDR5 13,268
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3,999
PSU Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK 600 Watts 4,400
Cabinet Cooler master/Antec etc 2,500
Total = 46,011 (Too much )

AMD Based

CPU fx 6300 7579
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 2597
RAM (2 nos.) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4 GB Desktop RAM 4,998
GPU Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 9,260
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3,999
PSU Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK 600 Watts 4,400
Cabinet Cooler master/Antec etc 2,500
Total 35,693

Man all these rates are from flipkart, but in Delhi/ local dealer you will get the same at 5-15% less. I own AMD 7770 HD (Bought last week) for Rs 7528 as compared to flipkart Rs 9620.

Buy AMD/ATI Graphics Card they are best at cheap quality and consume less power and produce less heat but the picture details in not higher than Nvidia Graphics Card which in comparison produce more heat, consume more power, cost more than AMD/ATI but the picture details is high and your 450 Watts PSU is not enough for Nvidia Graphics Card to run efficiently buy 500 or 600 PSU or else go with AMD/ATI Graphics Card.

An important NOTE

Buy 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card or 2 GB DDR5 which is of 128-bits or 192-bits or higher is better never buy 64-bits graphics card or else you may not be able to play games like GTA 5, Battlefield 4 and Splinter Cell Blacklist

And last tip NEVER EVER BUY GRAPHICS CARD OF DDR3 WHATEVER THE MEMORY CAPACITY YOU GET FOR THE SAME PRICE FOR DDR5. For Example a 512 MB DDR5 Graphics Card can easily take down 1 GB or 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card. Remember its the performance thats matter than Memory Capacity and at last bits - 128-bits, 192-bits, 384-bits, 512-bits. I AM AGAIN SAYING NEVER BUY 64-bits GRAPHICS CARD OF DDR3 AND DDR5. You WILL NOT ABLE TO PLAY GAMES AND IT WILL LAG VERY MUCH EVEN YOUR GRAPHICS CARD CAN CATCH FIRE
so remember my word and last tip update your RAM TO 8 GB OR 16 GB DDR3 OF 1333 MHz OR 1600 MHz DEPENDING ON YOUR MOTHERBOARD IF YOU WANT TO PLAY GTA 5 AND BATTLEFIELD 4 BECAUSE THESE TWO GAMES RECOMMEND 8 GB RAM WHEREAS SPLINTER CELL BLACKLIST RECOMMENDS 6 GB OF RAM

Consume less power and produce less heat? Seriously? That's the funniest thing I've heard recently. LOL :D
FYI, AMD cards consume more power than Nvidia and produce more heat in general. Of course, Nvidia is a little bit expensive. But you pay for what's worth it. Nvidia gives you smoother gaming experience and consistent driver updates and supports, while AMD fails in that area.

Fire...???!!! LOL :D

Talking about gaming, Blacklist will run on PCs with even 2GB RAM,though 4GB is preferred for smooth working. BF4 needs 4 as well. Actually, most of the games today require only 4 GB to be able to be played. But what we see is the emergence of a new era of gaming with the release of games like Watch Dogs, which requires at least 6 GB of RAM even to start. Even then, its recommended system includes 8GB of RAM. So I'd say 8GB of RAM would be enough IF IT'S FOR GAMING, since 16GB seems a little overkill at the moment. Though,if you intend to work with some memory intensive programs, definitely 16GB will come in handy. In the end,RAM is something you can always upgrade as long as you have space for it on the Motherboard. And, yes 1600 MHz is the better choice since it can give a little boost in performance in certain applications or games. Sure, most of the boards today do support 1600 MHz. Though, your CPU-i5 supports only upto 1600 MHz. If you want to go above that, you may need to tweak your CPU or get an AMD CPU which can do that on stock itself. But going for the AMD, just for that is indeed stupid and waste!
