Ultra High End Gaming + Professional PC (3300$)

I will take computer engineering for my college studies next year. I want to make an Ultra High End PC.
So please suggest me a good build (Intel 3970x or AMD FX9000 series) + 16 GB 2133MHz RAM + great Mobo.

  1. Wasn't sure if you already had a display so I left it off - this thing is pretty beast and the power supply has enough room for another graphics card and then some.
