Hi guys. Tonight, while browsing the internet, my connection suddenly dropped out. I tried reconnecting a few times, to no avail. Upon making sure my WiFi router was not to blame, I unplugged and plugged back in my USB WiFi adaptor (Netgear WG111v2). It was not recognized by the computer, nor would the activity light flash on the adaptor.
So, what could possibly be the reason for this? Is the adaptor completely dead, or is it fixable in some way?

PS: If anyone wants this information, my motherboard is a MSI P35 Neo 2, and I am currently running Windows 8 Pro 32-bit. The adaptor worked flawlessly up to this point.
