Normal temp for bios/uefi?

Hey guys,
Just finished building my first pc and turned it on. Straight into uefi on ASRock z77 and i see the cpu temp is 45 degrees? With a hyper 212 cooler? Is this okay? Will it go down over time with thermal paste setting etc? Also my cable management is far from perfect!

Some paste takes a few days to work better,some paste has longer cure time. Also some mb fan profiles try to keep the CPU fan noise down or has a set temp profile. Msi mb I worked with had set temp profile the lowest was 40c.

Okay great thanks, when I put thermal paste on I initially thought I put too much on so then removed it all and put less on but I was worrying if I didn't put enough on you know.

This was cooler master paste?? I put about an uncooked rice grains worth on because was scared of applying too much. I think the air flow isn't great either as the fan on my hyper 212 is taking air from the middle of the case with no real access to outside air. Should I turn it round and face it against another fan which takes air in from the back?
