need boot disk for Acer Aspire 5250

My daughter's Acer laptop "says to load boot disk" Am on my Dell desktop and want to download boot disk but do not want to mess up my computer. How can I accomplish this?

Make sure the BIOS has the Hard Drive first in the boot order.

I just happen to have a brand new full set of ACER re-boot disks. They have never been used. your welcome to them. Just let me know if you want them

You can also try holding down The AltGr key as you tap f-10 during startup this
should bring it into recovery

You also have to be very very quick on the holding down and tapping. Its
almost better if two people do it one to hold the keys while someone else pushes the power button
