Which UPS to buy?

Solution
lostsurfer is correct. Plug your PC and Monitor into the battery and surge sockets, everything else into the surge-only side or another surge protector/power strip. DO NOT plug the UPS into a surge protector.
O.K., How big a unit do you need is the next question. I would go with something with at least 900VA.
I have two computers that approximate your build and both are running on 1000VA UPS's; I get between 5-10minutes run time upon power failure depending on what the PC is doing at the time.
From Amazon.com/uk here are a couple suggestions:
APC Back UPS RS/XS 1500VA

APC is a great way to go, on most UPSs there's usually 3 sockets that are actually on the battery backup and the others are just for surge protection. You could put a printer, etc. on the battery backup but that's also gonna cut into your up time should your power fail. I would just plug your computer into it, maybe internet modem/router. That'll give you so time to notice the power failure if the lights going out doesn't give it away and you can safely shutdown. The sockets that are on the battery backup sockets are also surge protected.

I must confess, I don't know what voltage you have at the wall plug, and these are 230V units: But this will give you an idea of what to look for on partpicker.
