I posted another forum for a different build a while ago, and i have a second build. Basically it will be a work station/game station build. It needs to take as little power as possible and be kick ass. price isn't a problem but try to take it into account. The buyer wants the cosmos tower, even though it's expensive. that has to stay. This pc will also run 3 monitors, two for work, one for his security feed.

Solution
Change the motherboard to Z87. H87 supports no overclocking which defeats the purpose of buying unlocked processor.

Get ASRock Z87 Extreme4 instead.
Also, you do not need H100i. Its for extreme overclockers. Just get Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. It would be more than enough for your needs.

Everything else is fine. However I would myself cut out the case (I wonder if the guy wanting to buy this rig is a case lover or a maniac since this one crosses the very price limits of even a Full Tower ATX) and buy a GTX 780 instead of a 760.
