Antec Kuhler H20 920 Vs Cooler Master Seidon 240M

Hey forum I'm looking to buying a liquid cooling kit for my current setup. I was looking at these two coolers on NCIX.

Antec Kuhler H20 920

Cooler Master Seidon 240M

What my question is which of the two will be more efficient (Cooling Wise) and why. Or if you have any other suggestions to Liquid Cooling systems that I should look into. I'm looking to keep it around the same price as those ones. Thanks.

From looking around (mind you not from reputable reviews, just forum posts) people recommend the CM Seidon 240M over the Antec.
