I recently have gotten a HP Envy 15-j000 Select edition with a Nvidia Geforce GT 740m and after a few days of gaming my computer would freeze and the screen would be full of an uneven grid of red dots and black/white lines would be everywhere.
It has gotten to the point where my laptop would go into automatic repair and the screen would turn into a rainbow of colors and repeat. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
My Specs are:
Intel i5-3230M @2.7 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M 2GB
6 GB DDR3 (2 Dimm)
1 TB 5400 rpm HD
