What can I upgrade on my computer?

I am trying to make a stable gaming computer for high quality new games (Crysis 3, Far Cry, Ect.). On some games my video begins to get choppy and my fans kick in to a over drive.

Here are my specs.

Processor AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Processor, 3300 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB

Motherboard GA-880GA-UD3H

Video Card AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series GDDR5

Any suggestions are appreciated

1) Have you OC'd your CPU at all? My 1090t does 4.0GHz all day long and your 1100t should have no trouble matching that with a good cooler. (* I'm using a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and it works wonderfully with this CPU)

2) I would upgrade the graphics card before the CPU.

For reference: My 1090t OCd to 4.0GHz @ 1.475v + 2 Radeon HD 7950's in Crossfire @ 1000/1250 (* stock speeds for lower temps/fan noise) plays the Crysis 3 opening level, MAX graphics settings, 1080p, at around 45-60+ FPS. All 6 cores on the CPU are @ 85-90% usage, and both video cards are @ 90-95% usage.
