I need to set up a port forwarding with the Start point and end point at 200, on the local server, which in my case I believe is 192.168.1.33
The problem is, the port won't open despite me disabling both Windows and Router firewalls.

http://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php shows that not only port 200 is filtered, but even port 80 which my local port scanner program shows to be open.
