Frame Rate Issues

I've been having trouble running games on my PC as I have constant lag spikes where my frames drop to around 3. It only happens when I play games, and it makes gameplay unbearable. Is there a solution to my problem?

you could fresh install your drivers by using driver fusion to clean any driver remnants.

download and install driver fusion and download your latest display drivers for your card.
uninstall current drivers and do not restart.
run driver fusion and clean your brands display drivers.
reinstall display drivers as a custom install and only install the display driver and hdmi audio driver and untick everything else.

see if this helps.

Ok everything seems normal. The fan speed and temp seems a bit excessive for an idling GPU. Are you overclocking the GPU?

Please add your full computer specs. Including OS and Power Supply Watt
Please download and run this http://unigine.com/products/heaven/
This will test your FPS and GPU. Place the results. We need to determine if the problem is your GPU itself.
Another suggestion is placing your GPU into another computer to test. If there is no problems we can deduce it is a software problem
