I recently bought a gtx 780 and trying to figure out if it's defected or just driver problems.
So if anyone else own's one and using the latest beta drivers can tell me if they are noticing micro sutter in almost everything they play, because that's the issue i'm having micro stutter in nearly everything.
Like even old games like duke nukem 3d, I get micro stutter and it's staying at 60 fps when it does stutter.
I'm using i5 4670k and asus gtx 780 standard reference card.

That may be because V-Sync is enabled. V-Sync locks your framerate to your monitor's refresh rate. This can cause input lag issues and stuttering.

download driver fusion and install it.
download latest nvidia beta drivers.

uninstall current nvidia drivers and do not restart.
run driver fusion and clean nvidia drivers.
install latest driver as a custom install and only install the display driver and the hdmi audio driver.

see if it helps.

uninstalling drivers and trying new ones dont work
Also just confirmation from another gtx 780 owner would be nice, if they experience stutter, like i'm playing duke nukem 3d at the moment why can't a 700 gpu play that game flawlessly? I get stutter with and without vsync on, i think maybe to a less degree with vsync off but then you get that line across the screen.

one thing you could try is to download rivatuner and use d3doverrider and force triple buffering and vsync and if it supports it set a framerate cap to 1 fps bellow your monitors refresh rate.

You aren't the only one. I recently bought a 780 Superclocked and it stutters when I play BF4. Regardless of whether it is on Ultra or Low settings, there is this subtle yet terrible stutter problem. This didn't happen with my 560 ti that I set to medium. I'm hoping this is fixed and that it is just a driver issue.

What operating system are you running? Windows 8.1 has some very bad mouse lag issues right now that could be the source of your issues.

It's Windows 7 and it isn't mouse lag or regular internet latency. It is something to do with the GPU/drivers and the refresh rate of the monitor I think. I set the V-sync to "adaptive" in the Geforce control panel, but that didn't seem to help (it was a suggestion I found in another forum). I also changed the settings around in game, but nothing changed. It doesn't have to do with the frames either, since it happens on any graphical setting.

If you describe it as internet latency, it has nothing to do with your GPU or monitor. Check your internet speed and ping:
