Solution
Corsair shows the fans can get upto 2700. Your pump is turning around the right speed.

I just want to be clear about this.
When you cleaned the cpu, did you use rubbing alcohol(Isopropyl) at 70% or higher.
You should have ensured ALL thermal paste was removed from the cpu before installing the new cooler.
The coolers(h80i) thermal paste should have been perfect if the cpu was cleaned right.

You may wish to remove the pump/block and clean it and the cpu with rubbing alcohol and apply some fresh stuff(you will need to get some if you do not have it already).

Many users recommend Arctic Silver thermal paste. Anything should work, just avoid the cheap generic white thermal pastes as they do not cope with the heat from a cpu well enough...
Is the software installed?

It will make sure the pump is spinning and allow you to adjust the fan speeds(if you set it very quiet, it will not cool as well).

If that does not help, Ensure the cooler is mounted right. Too much or too little paste will cause it to run warmer too(if the was the first install, the pre-applied thermal paste should have been good as long as the cpu was cleaned.).

Hi nukemaster , 2 fans placed on the cooler are running at max 2100rpm i think , my pump at 2131 rpm , i did clean the CPU when i replaced the Coolers but i didn't clean it 100% cos i saw a bit paste , there was a paste on the cooler itself on H80i so i didn't bring extra on the cpu is that good or bad? sorry about my broken English :) By the way what do you mean by software ? cos i didn't get a cd with software , i am a noob with water coolers :(

I would like to point out that 70c will not kill the cpu, but your temperatures should be better than the stock cooler for sure.

The software is called Corsair Link.

EDIT.
Just to make sure....PLEASE CHECK THIS FIRST!!

Your fans ARE facing the same way right? so one sucks air<-image| into(no motor supports seen) it while the other one pushes air<-image| out(motor supports showing) right?

If they are not setup right, they will fight and things will get hot.

Hi , i didn't clean the CPU with rubbing alcohol but as they told me just an old card will do the job , i go check the fans if they going same way ,brb

It is a process.

The card scrapes the worst of the paste off.
The alcohol removes the residue left behind(start with q-tips).
A final clean with something lint free(coffee filter works) :) soaked(just place it over the opening and get some on it. not litterally SOAKED) in more alcohol to finish the job.

This generally gets done on both parts(cpu and cooler). You can leave the cpu in the LGA(socket if you will) while cleaning. do NOT remove it as that risks the boards lga.

Application of the thermal paste comes down to preference. Some use a thin line of small dab, while others coat the cpu with a thin layer using an old clean(yes you clean that with alcohol too :) ) card

it a bit strange that temperature is high, so as you say it is likely corpse of thermal grease that might be starved there is, I'm going to the store today and I'm going to buy rubbing alcohol plus the thermal paste, I leave know how it went and whether there are changes

I have my cooler taken off, neatly cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a little bit more of the thermal paste applied, the fresh chill the temperature is much better at 100% load is my temperature below 60 degrees celcius and normally I'm at 32 degrees so thanks for your help I am now more satisfied H80i water cooler, before I end this topic I have a question, how I feel in the water H80i? I see how much that's still there? or is it not necessary?

That cooler is pre-filled and maintenance free.

You never have to open or add coolant to it(it is not actually water in that system. I think it is glycol. In many years it will evaporate, but by then, I am going to guess you will not even be using that cooler any more).

Just clean the rad from time to time to remove dust.
