New HDD, fresh copy of windows, new GPU. Windows installed just fine, went to download the newest drivers for my GPU. Drivers installed just fine, after I restarted my PC, there is no way that the GPU is working, the resolution is really bad on both my screens.
Both monitors are plugged into the GPU, one via HDMI and the other via DVI.

Any other info needed I can grab for ya, I'm at a total loss with whats going on with my GPU, any help is much appreciated.
