I have an ATI Radeon HD 5770 and I would like to overclock it. However, I have no special cooling for it. Is there special cooling required?

Also, what is a good (meaning noob-friendly) GPU overclocking program?

Windows 7 (x64) Ultimate
Asus P6X58D-E
4GB Ram
intel i7 930 w/Corsair H60
ATI Radeon 5700
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk III Series 750W

Just don't do any voltage overclocking.
just turn up the clock of your gpu.its best
