Not bad, but you could do better. The cooler master PSU may or may not be one of thier junk units, Im guessing junk since it appears they didn't send any out for review, so I'd go with a known good manufacture and unit. The GTX 760 is faster and only $12, with those and a couple other changes its about the same price.

At Microcenter you can pick up an i5-4670K/ASRock Extreme 4 for $305 before taxes.
or the i5-3570K/Extreme 4 for $295 before taxes.
As for GPU get the Gigabyte Windforce REV2.0 GTX 760 2GB. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125466
You can also combo that WD BLACK HDD with the CPU/MOBO for $60 before taxes and the Samsung 840 SSD. as well as the corsair carbide 300R.
