I plan to play cod, bf, and minecraft at 1280 x 720 resolution. I prefer to have amd for now and upgrade to intel a year later. I would like to play at 58+ fps if possible to turn to medium and leave some high but not ultra. With aa turned off. ( yes I know that I will have to switch out mobo and CPU to upgrade) better to have good performance for now then have bad and spend more money later.

you're treating AMD like its in all ways inferior when its not, you can get a simple AM3+ cpu now and get the results you want, and upgrade to a powerful 8350 (or the 9xxx models they're coming out with) in the future without having to change motherboards.
do you need a case? monitor?
