So my parents are considering buying my brother a computer and I will be building it. They want it to be low priced so I got a build from my friend and modified it to this wishlist

I don't want it to get anymore pricy but if you know of any better things for those prices or anyway to lower the price then that would be great. I live in Australia and would prefer it to be from that site but any other place that saves money if perfectly fine

Thanks for your time.

vs 650 watt psu overpowered and under qualitied, look for 450 watt vs. or 430 cx if same price (cx430 vastly better made and will run 7850 type cards if needed)
Processor is pants, pent g860 much better value along with base asus board. 7770 swap for 7750 at this juncture, or buy gtx650 cheapest version for non 'Your display drivers have crashed and recovered' type general use, plus physx in games,, and cuda graphics core acceleration of other software.

In short, if I was building a cheap pc for a scholarly sibbling, I wouldnt use amd parts.
