How to format multiple drives?

Hello all, recently my computer was infected by a virus and I decided that after all of the file corruption that it did, I would just restart with a completely clean install. I absolutely hate this, but I feel that I have no other choice. So, I'm here to find out the most efficient way of formatting my multiple drives and the easiest way of reinstalling my OS and other software.

Currently I have an SSD with my OS installed on it and then the rest of my programs are on a 1TB HDD. I would like to have the new installation exactly the same. My question is, how, or in what order should I do all of the formatting/installing in? Should I format my 1TB drive via windows and then format the SSD through the Windows installation disc or is there some other method to do all of this that I am not aware of? Thanks for your time, I appreciate it.

Solution
Insert your windows disk and boot the computer.

Click Install Now

When it sees you already have Windows installed, it will ask what you want to do; select advanced or custom. (I don't have Windows Install running in front of me right now, and I don't remember the exact verbiage.)

You will be presented with a list of all the disks and partitions in the system.
Click on each of them and delete the partition, create a new partition and format the partition.

Select which disk to install windows upon and click Next.

:hap: That's it!
