This is my build that i just bought a week ago.

mobo: asrock b85m pro4
cpu: i5 4570
gpu: gigabyte gtx 760
hdd: wd 1tb blue
ssd: plextor 128gb m5s
ram: kingston 8gb ddr3 1600cl11
psu: fsp raider 550w
case: nzxt phantom 410
case fans: 3 x gentle typhoon

temperature:
CPU idle:
Min 35C, Avg 37C, Max 44C
CPU load:
Min 36C, Avg 52C, Max 60C

GPU idle:
Min 34C, Avg 36C, Max 39C
Fans at 930RPM 20%
GPU load:
Avg 65C, Max 69C (Will drop to max 60C when it's raining in my country)
Fans at 1800RPM 41%

Are the above temperatures good? Hitting 69C on my gfx seems to be bothering me.

I currently have 2 intake fans (both gentle typhoon) only at the front (Getting dust filter), 1 exhaust at side (gentle typhoon), 1 exhaust at rear and 2 exhaust at top. I am thinking whether i should change my side fan to intake since it will blow directly at the Graphics card but the guy that I got this computer from told me that it will be very noisy if i change it to intake. Or should I add 1-2 more fans since i have the option to do that with this case (1 intake bottom and 1 on the hard drive cage). and is it advisable to put dust filters on exhaust fans?

*sorry for asking this many questions but i am very paranoid when it comes to temperature since my previous computer went up in smoke due to high temps and dust*
